Location:   Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan

Project:    The Eden Farm School is a permaculture based farm designed and established to give elementary school students in Japan a chance to experience basic farming techniques and give guests a chance to learn about organic and permaculture methods while helping prepare soils, plant seeds, water, weed and mulch crops, and harvest fresh vegetables.  The school also offers internship opportunities for international university students to work in Japan and particpate in the school's:

- planning process

- seeding and planting schedules

- organic pest control

- natural mulching

- harvesting and drying techniques

- rain water collection systems
