Fuji, and less than 2 hours from Tokyo, our completely restored homes are in high demand with urbanites seeking rural homes and lifestyles,

Our marketing program targets the growing trend of Japanese and ex-pat homes buyers looking for sustainable homes on affordable property in rural communities, and our homes are the only such modernized antique Japanese farm houses available in the area.

We have a proven track record of designing and completing  homes with superior features within a budget and time schedule that allows us to sell quickly at an affordable price and still maintain a high return on investment.

The Shojiko Village is poised to grow in the next 2-3 years. The local town council has begun investing in restoring homes for time-share members  The town council, when asked by the carpenters what type of reform to do, simply looked at our first completed house and said “Like that one”. With each completed home our team sells, property values in the village are increasing. Currently there are 10-15 antique homes available for  restoration.  Our goal is to complete 3 homes a year and revitalize the village.
