The Shojiko Traditional Village was once a quaint silk trading community and remains on the shore of Lake Shojiko as the only untouched old-style village in the Mt. Fuji area.

Kotobuki Restaurant  – Anchored along the shore of Lake Shojiko sits the stylish and inviting  Kotobuki Family Restaurant.  The unique menu combines local specialties such as Venison Curry and Houtou with Japanese fusion dishes like Princess Trout in Red Wine Sauce,  Walnut Mushroom Pasta, kotobukiand a seasonal organic salad bar with vegetables from the garden. And the bacon and eggs  American Breakfast especially goes well overlooking sunrise on the lake.
